Terms of Service
The fine print — written to be read. Questions about anything here? Our contact page is one click away.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website ("the Site"), operated by Code Junction ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
Code Junction is an IT and marketing services company. This website describes our custom software and marketing services and our own products — Expensive and Storezilla — and lets visitors get in touch about a project. It does not itself sell anything or process payments.
Custom software, consulting, and marketing engagements are governed by the individual contract or statement of work agreed with each client, not by these Terms. Our products, Expensive and Storezilla, have their own terms of service, linked from their respective pages.
3. Using This Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site
- Copy, scrape, or republish the Site's content without permission
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content through our contact form
- Interfere with the Site's availability or performance
4. Contact Form Submissions
Information you submit through our contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form does not create a contract between you and Code Junction — any engagement is agreed separately in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, copy, graphics, and code, is owned by Code Junction and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Site or its content.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site links to our products' own sites (Expensive, Storezilla) and to third-party services such as Paddle. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Junction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Code Junction is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
