Refund Policy
The fine print — written to be read. Questions about anything here? Our contact page is one click away.
1. Overview
This page covers two different things, because Code Junction ("we", "our", or "us") does two different things:
- Custom software, consulting, and marketing engagements we're contracted to build — see section 2.
- Subscriptions to our own products, Expensive and Storezilla — those are billed and refunded under each product's own policy, see section 3.
This website itself does not process any payments.
2. Custom Engagements
Custom software, consulting, and marketing projects are governed by the contract or statement of work agreed with each client, which sets out the specific payment schedule, milestones, and refund terms for that project. As a general starting point, absent other agreed terms:
- Deposits secure our commitment to schedule and scope the work, and are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Milestone payments are due on delivery of the agreed milestone and are non-refundable once that milestone has been delivered and accepted.
- If we're unable to deliver a paid milestone, or a project is cancelled by mutual agreement before work begins on it, we'll refund payment for that undelivered portion.
If your contract specifies different terms, the contract governs. If anything here is unclear for your project, ask us before signing — we'd rather clarify upfront than dispute later.
3. Product Subscriptions
Expensive and Storezilla are billed and refunded separately from this website, under their own policies:
- Storezilla: storezilla.codejunction.co/refund
- Expensive: see the app's billing settings, or contact us using the details below.
Please direct subscription refund requests to the product itself, not to this page.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
